Background
Underfloor electric heating has been
widely used in Western Europe and in Scandinavia in particular for a
number of years. The technology is well proven and safe, having been
used extensively in hospitals and other public buildings as well as
houses, conservatories and offices.
During the last five years the benefits of electric underfloor heating
have become increasingly recognised in Britain. For many people the
system is now the first choice for their new or existing conservatory.
The System
The unique distributed heating element
design ensures an even heat across the floor, with highly reliable
performance.
Unlike radiators which can be unsightly in a conservatory, the system is
invisible. A natural comfortable heat is produced. The
pleasure of a warm tiled floor in your conservatory will draw you into the
room, even during out coldest days.
Installation
Our installation engineer will usually complete
the project in a day without mess, ready for the floor covering.
The total installed thickness is 20mm. The heating is controlled
by a combined thermostat / timer unit connected to the electricity supply. |
